Transfer a Call Directly to Voice Mail on the Vertical Phone System
1. Press the TRANS soft button or TRANS/PGM to put the current call on hold.
2. Press the CALLBK soft button.
3. Dial a destination voice mailbox number.
When the voice mail answers:
4. Hang up to complete the transfer.
