To show the CID Name carries the caller’s telephone number and name on the Vertical Business Phone System.

From Extension 100 ( the admin phone ) Hit the PGM/TRANS button then * # then PGM/TRANS

NOW ENTER 147

Now you will need to enter the CO lines you want this feature on. (Example if you want it on all 3 lines you will need to enter the co lines as 01 03)

Then hit FLEX 2 (this will be the second button on the left side of the 24 programmable buttons under the Vertical name.)

Now you will have two choices

0 = Telephone No.

1 = Name & Tel No.

Enter the value of 0 or 1 for the setting you would like.

Once this is entered please hit the HOLD/SAVE button to save these settings.

Now you have just set the Caller ID to show the Name and Number.
