How to setup the Panasonic KX-TGP500 on the Xblue X50 Phone System

First you will need to make an extension on the Xblue X50 Phone System. Once you have this setup on the Xblue X50 Phone System then log into the Panasonic Cordless phone.

When you are log into the phone go to the VOIP tab on top. On the left side of the screen under SIP Settings click on Line 1. You will need to enter the following information. I used an example of extension 101 below. You will need to change all the ports from 5060 to 5070 except the Source Port this you will leave as it is.

Once you hit the Save button you should see a green light on the base station of the cordless system. This will tell you that the Panasonic is now registered to the Xblue X50 Phone System.

Now to setup the Voice mail code for this extension you will click on the Telephone tab on the top menu bar. The on the left side bar click the Line 1 tab and enter the name of the extension and the Voice Mail Access code of 450 then hit save at the bottom of the screen.

If you have multiple extensions on the Panasonic KX-TGP500 here is how you program then to only ring when that extension is dialed. Now you will click on the Telephone tab on the top menu bar. You will uncheck all handsets in the receiving calls that are not to ring when this extension is dialed.

Now in the section for dialed calls you will uncheck all handsets that you do not want access to this extensions line. For the default pick which line Number this extension will use to make calls. Please note that the line number in this section is related to the extension number only and not the physical outside line they will use. For example line 1 will be my extension 101 and line 2 would be by next extension on the Panasonic system.

Now you have just setup this extension and can use the cordless phone to make and receive calls in your business on the Xblue X50 Phone System.
