This system is modular in design making it highly scalable. The base system is configured with 3 telephone lines and 8 joint digital/analog stations. The base cabinet accepts a single 3 line, 8 station expansion card. All ports in the base cabinet feature the ability to connect either a digital or analog phone.
The expansion cabinet adds another 3 telephone lines and 16 digital station ports. These ports however do not have the same analog phone dual capability as those found in the base cabinet. For this reason we strongly suggest letting us install the system for you if you exceed 6 lines or 16 stations. The wiring of the expansion unit is different from that of the base and a bit more complicated.
Because we do the system initialization and pre-programming, installation and administration is relatively easy. While this system uses simple modular connections, you should have a good grasp of wiring concepts to install this yourself. We do offer national installation of this product. Administration is client based; you can program the system from any computer that can access your network locally or remotely. We use a monitor sharing program to join you and walk you through programming changes so you can learn to make basic changes to the system yourself.
