To make changes to the phones or system: press program on the phone and use the arrow keys and blue button (enter) to
navigate.

Phone setup handles things specifically for that phone (voicemail, forwarding, etc.)

System setup handles everything regardingthe system itself (auto attendant, music source, etc.)

In order to record your auto attendant: press program on the phone > System Setup > The system default password is #### > key up to get to mail system > key up to Day Time OGM press enter > you can key up/down to make it say re-record and press enter. Depending on what you are setting, the system may go back to the previous menu automatically, if not you can use the left arrow since you will be making a number of changes in the Mail System menu.

The steps for changing your Night Time OGM and Auxiliary OGM (Dial 7 Feature) are exactly the same as above, only select Night Time
or Auxiliary OGM instead of Day Time OGM.

To change the number of rings it takes to get to auto attendant: press program on the phone > System Setup > default password is #### > key up to get to mail system > select AA Answer Delay

For each user to record their own individual voicemail greeting, they will have to press: Program > Phone Settings
> Press the up arrow 3 times to Voicemail Setup > select Personal OGM > hit the up/down arrow to make it say Re-Record
> hit enter and pickup the handset to begin recording your greeting.

The default password to access voicemail from phones is 123 then press enter.
