business phone features, small business voicemail system (optimized with a private mail box for each user and a full-featured voicemail, not just a basic
answering machine), complete automated attendant call processing, and more.

Another major selling point of the Xblue X-44 is its “server-less design” – each X-44 phone system is an intelligent IP
voice processing device and layer 2 Ethernet switch, allowing all phones to automatically synchronize while the Xblue Wi-Fi Bridge connects to each phone,
eliminating all wiring needs in the process.

Automatic call transfer to a cell phone (immediate transfer of calls to a remote telephone or cell phone) will also be available
on the X-44.

Key X-44 phone system features include full duplex

mailbox greeting, message waiting indication, message play-skip-delete, voice
mail playback, audio storage in IP phone and 4 hours of message storage per
phone.

Call features include busy line indication, call blocking
(incoming & outgoing list), call forwarding, call hold & hold reminder,
call log (answered, missed, dialed), call transfer, call timer  &
duration, calling line identification (CID), calling name identification
(extension ID), company directory, conferencing – 3 way, direct inward dialing
(DID) on SIP trunks, distinctive ring tone, do not disturb (DND), hands free
support, headset support, last number redial, message waiting indicator, multi
languages, mute, paging, telephone line appearance (display), telephone line
buttons (4), phone lock, private phonebook, sidecar (EDM, optional), speed dial
and volume control.

This new system has NO KSU and is a VoIP only system. We tested the system with our VoIP services and it is easy to set up and works like a charm.

To set it up

1. Simply go to our VoIP service location on our WebSite and select the services you wish to have.

2. Our Tech Support team will help you to set it up on your X44 Phone system. Or you may do it yourself by simply loging into the phone and apply the information provided to you by our sales team as shown bellow.

That’s all, your system is ready to accept and originate calls.

To Change the group overflow destination from the System Attendant station which is extension 100:

1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then enter * # [TRANS/PGM].

2. Enter Program # 191.

3. Now enter the 3 digit hunt group (620 – 629).

4. Press Flex Key 7

5. Enter one of the following options (1-4)

1 = Station (now enter the station #)

2 = Hunt group #  (now enter theHunt Group#)

3 = VMIB num (00- 70)

4 = SYS SPD  (now enter the system Speed dial #)

6. Press [HOLD/SAVE] or [SPEAKER] to finish and save.
A confirmation tone will sounds.

TalkSwitch phone systems are about to get more powerful, yet even simpler. Thanks to the new ARM
9 processor, the 2012 TalkSwitch system line-up has more capacity, more memory,
built-in external IP extensions and all-new expansion licenses.

The new VSX phone system is beautifully simple, with three core units, the 24vsx, 48vsx and
84vsx.

Each VSX phone system comes loaded with 20 auto attendants, 16 remote extensions and the
voicemail broadcast feature. All three systems support external IP extensions with high quality G.711 voice encoding.

The features, functionality and multiple unit networking all work the same way as
the current VS systems do, so there’s no learning curve to tackle. The VSX phone
systems can even be networked with VS systems, so you won’t run into
compatibility issues for existing customers who want to grow.

The core units can be expanded with three new license-coded products:

Add VoIP Trunking

The VoIP Trunking license adds capacity for up to 8 concurrent VoIP calls and
enables the G.729 codec on external IP extensions. No hardware upgrade
required. MSRP $300.

Add extensions

TheExtension Expansion license adds 8 IP extensions to the 24vsx or to the 48vsx.
This license is also compatible with the 240vs, 244vs and 248vs systems (to a
maximum of 24 extensions). MSRP $300.
Add memory

The base memory on VSX units has been doubled from the VS series to 4 hours. The
Memory Expansion license adds another 8 hours. MSRP $200.

Headset

An industry-standard headset can be connected to a station (instead of using the handset or
speaker).

CONDITIONS
 
 • The intercom signaling mode (HF/TN/PV – [TRANS/PGM] + 1 + 2) can be set in Headset
 and speaker mode.
 • In Headset mode, the User can select an incoming ring mode to hear ringing with the
 speaker, headset, or both by Admin programming.
 • The station will receive paging with the station speaker.
 • To answer an intercom call in Tone mode, the User should press [SPEAKER].
 • When an intercom call is received in Privacy mode, the station will be muted automatically.

User should press [MUTE] to answer the intercom call.
 
OPERATION / SETUP

 To change the station from Speaker Mode or Headset:
 
 1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then enter 76 (current answer mode will appear on the display).
 2. Press 1 (Speaker mode) or 0 (Headset mode).
 
 To change the Headset Ring mode:
 
 1. Press [TRANS/PGM], then enter 75 (current answer mode will appear on the display).
 2. Press one of the following:
 1 = Speaker ring only 2 = Headset only 3 = Both

From Extension 100 ( the admin phone ) Hit the PGM/TRANS button then * # then PGM/TRANS

Now you will need to enter the CO lines you want this feature on. (Example if you want it on all 3 lines you will need to enter the co lines as 01 03)

Then hit FLEX 2 (this will be the second button on the left side of the 24 programmable buttons under the Vertical name.)

Now you will have two choices

0 = Telephone No.

1 = Name & Tel No.

Enter the value of 0 or 1 for the setting you would like.

Once this is entered please hit the HOLD/SAVE button to save these settings.

Now you have just set the Caller ID to show the Name and Number.
