    We have the Avaya IP Office running in one of our remote offices. It is pretty easy to work with, and it has been almost perfect since installation. The only problem we had with the device was that the SD card (which hosts voicemail) got corrupted (causing the voicemail system to drop callers). Minus that one issue, it has been working very well.

    Currently, we are using the Avaya IP Office r9. When we switched from our old phone system to this one, it was like day and night. ROI on this system for us was paid back within weeks; it is so much more functional. A lot easier to manage and a lot easier to deploy new phones and users.
