I run a small business. I chose the X-50 because it supports both regular lines and VoIP lines. Thanks to X-50’s design and wireless setup, I installed the system myself. I did not really have the time to read the manual, but I checked out the do-it yourself videos, which were very helpful. Another advantage is that you can install off-site phones easily.

What I like the most is that the X-50 offers the same features found in large communications systems. For example, auto attendant, caller ID, call waiting and call transfer. Overall, the X-50 is a good option for those who need a wireless setup and full size phones. I have to say though, it was a little bit tricky to manage its voicemail. However, the guys from Telco Depot provided excellent customer service, they solved all my doubts regarding voicemail. The X-50 phone system is worth the price!

My old phone system needed to be replaced. I looked for a reliable phone system with great capabilities and I found it: The X-50. Some of its most outstanding features are: call forwarding, caller ID, conference, multi-line appearance, mutual mailbox and paging. Honestly, I haven’t learned all its features yet, but so far the X-50 has been working flawlessly.

Out of the box, it works very well. It is a flexible phone system, ideal for my growing small business. The best part is that voice quality is outstanding. The X-50 phones are very intuitive and work well. I would definitely recommend the X-50 for small business needing state-of-art features.

Thanks to its VoIP lines, the X-50 has helped me save money on a monthly basis. I use both, the analog lines and VoIP lines for international calls. I am now able to hire remote workers as off-site phones can be installed easily and cost-effectively. A huge plus of the X-50 is the amount of rich features it comes with.

My only complaint is that I needed more detailed information to install the X-50 phone system. Although, I contacted tech support and they were very responsive and committed to provide excellent customer service. Technical support provided me the right advice and the videos helped me to understand how to install the system myself. The X-50 is a great small phone system at a low price. Totally recommended!
