The 66 block has been the standard for terminating voice cabling for many years.  It can accomodate up to 12 4-pair UTP cable and mates well with Cat 3 to Cat 5e cable. 

It uses a special 66 punch down tool to terminate and cut the wires.  This tool is included with the LAN Tool Kit or may be purchased separately.  We've packaged the standard S89 Mounting Bracket with this product so you have all you need.
