The Phone Recorder also has a built in, high quality microphone allowing you to record the conversation in a room, so record that important meeting and compare the playback to your notes or send the recording to someone to make action assignments or create meeting minutes. This device simply connects to your PC via the included USB cable and likewise connects to any analog, digital or VoIP telephone via the included handset cord. You can record conversations manually at the push of a button or automatically record every conversation. The recordings are stored on your PC in standard .wav format so they can be e-mailed to anyone a played back with a conventional player such as Windows Player. You may also store automatically to a network storage device or even to an FTP site anywhere in the world. This lets you automatically record an employee’s conversation to a secure location.
The Telco Depot player is included with the installation software. This player lets you easily record and playback plus lets you setup your player for automatic or manual operation. In addition you can add bookmarks with annotation to make it easier to later find the important parts of the recording.

VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)
