General Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy Overview

Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground unless other service is requested and agreed to by Telco Depot. Products in stock generally ship the day received if order and payment is confirmed prior to 2:00 Eastern Time. Systems are shipped after pre-programming and installation is confirmed. They may take for 1 business day to a business week depending on the complexity of the order.

**We are currently only shipping to U.S. addresses.


Expedited Shipping

In the event of emergency overnight shipment may be requested. This shipping cost well be added on your invoice and must be paid prior to our releasing order for shipment.

Return Policy

Warranty and Merchandise Returns

Standard Return Policy:

At Telco Depot, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to TELCO DEPOT within 14 days of purchase date (30 days for Complete Phone Systems Packages). Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased excluding shipping costs. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 10 business days from the date of purchase. Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, TELCO DEPOT reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

How to return an unwanted item:

  • In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at 800.390.1200
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
  • We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

How to Exchange an item under Warranty:

  • In order to exchange a warranted item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at 800.390.1200.
  • After you have received an RMA number you may choose to follow one of these two options:
  1. Follow the guidelines mentioned in the "How to return an unwanted item" section and ship to us the faulty item. Once we receive it and determine that there is no foul play, we will ship a replacement/ repaired item to you.
  2. Place a NEW order for the item you are trying to replace. After you have received your item, ship back to us the Faulty item. Once we receive the item and determine that there is no foul play, we will issue a refund for your purchase EXCLUDING the shipping costs*.

*We will provide a return shipping label ONLY for an Out the Box faulty items.


  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • TELCO DEPOT is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
  • TELCO DEPOT is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Return/Exchange On:

  • Software, Software License etc..
  • Software and Hardware once any of the manufacturer's packaging has been opened.
  • Any hardware built or modified by TELCO DEPOT to customer's specifications.
  • ANY wearable headset such as bluetooth o corded/cordless headset.
  • TELCO DEPOT Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Materials and labor costs for any installation work performed by Telco Depot or any of Telco Depot's installers network.
