This support package is for phone systems that were purchased from Telco Depot and for ANY non-warranty reason (even if within the warranty period) need to be re-programmed. This includes but is not limited to network changes, moves, power failures etc.. This plan covers a full recovery of the system to a working state. Please note that in some cases remote recovery is not possible and the system needs to be shipped to us. We will cover the cost of return GROUND shipping. Please note that this is NOT an extended warranty!!!
