At Telco Depot our goals is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Telco Depot within 14 days of purchase date (30 days for complete systems packages). Claims for missing items and/or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full purchase price of the item/s purchased EXCLUDING shipping costs. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product and inspect it to be in original, "as-new" condition, we then will issue credit back to your original credit card account that was used as payment for your order. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund will be issued after 10 business days from the date of return of equipment back to our warehouse . Please read all conditions below and if conditions are not met, Telco Depot reserves the right to refuse authorizing the return or to charge you, the purchaser, a restocking fee not less than 15%.
- All returned or exchange items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packaging material, blank warranty cards, manuals and all accessories that were included with the original products.
- Telco Depot is not responsible for personal data or items left in or returned with merchandise.
- Faulty/defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model of manufacturer's or equivalent model.
- RMA numbers are valid for 14 days.
- Telco Depot is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of merchandise only.
